The most important resource for anyone with bipolar is a qualified, competetent medical professional who you trust.

Almost as essential are a good counsellor such as a clinical psychologist and family and social support.

There are plenty of resources online. Possibly the best is pendulum.org, for news, information and advice. There is a large bipolar community at mentalhealth.com and an online chat community at stepchat.
I’ve been enjoying reading and commenting at Bipolar Happens
and sometimes at Psych Central.
Great information at PsychEducation.org including many tests and explanations of them;

However, managing the disease is ultimately up to you.

Either you are prepared to make life changes to minimise the damage you can potentially cause yourself and others, or you are not.

    I’m 19 y.o. and I have Bipolar Syndrom. This is hard beacuse I’m not one who is able to discuss the problems in my life. But I think Its time
